Best Ratio of Cocoa and Matcha Powder for a Cake?

You may have your favorite recipes for cake or muffins, and may want to change the flavor into chocolate or matcha. I know I already post this a while ago, but this is very useful to remember. This ratio can be used for cake, muffins and biscuits.


Cocoa Powder- Replace 15% of the total flour to cocoa powder. If you like stronger flavor, increase up to 20%.
Matcha Powder- Replace 5% of tote total flour to matcha powder.
