No Cream, Only Whole Eggs and Milk! Very Easy Chai Custard Cream

2+

I ran out of vanilla so I wanted to try something different based on super simple custard cream I posted before and it was a success. This slightly exotic flavored custard cream goes really well with a tart with summer fruit, such as mango, orange, nectarine or blueberries.

<Ingredients>

2 eggs
2 tablespoons of plain flour
6 tablespoons of sugar
400g of milk
2 -3 shakes of ground Cardamon
1-2 shakes of cinnamon powder

<Instruction>

1. Add and whisk eggs in a pot, then add flour and sugar and mix well.
3. Add milk and cardamon and cinnamon powder to 2, and mix with a whisker.
4. Turn on the stove with a high heat, and keep whisking the mixture until it starts thicker. Turn down the heat to medium. When it becomes creamy, turn off the heat.
5. Spread the custard cream on a flat metal pan or a plate to cool it down.

Here are fruit tarts with this chai custard cream. I used the frozen tarts from a store, baked them for 15 mins, and add the chai custard cream and our favorite fruits.
