Avocado and Tomato with Wasabi Sauce

This can be on slices of toasted bread, or a side. The combination of wasabi, basil and soy sauce works quite well!

Ingredients (for 2)
1 avocado, cut in cubes
Cherry tomatoes, cut in half (similar amount as avocado cubes), or 1 tomato, cut in cubes
<Wasabi sauce>
2-3cm of wasabi from a tube of wasabi *if you like spicier, add more. If your wasabi is not fresh, you may need more.
2 teaspoons of soy sauce (or slightly less than 1 tablespoon)
1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons of olive oil
5 basil leaves

Instruction
1. Cut avocado in cubes and cherry tomatoes in half.
2. In a bowl, mix all ingredients of wasabi sauce.
3. Mix avocado, tomatoes and wasabi sauce. Tear basil leaves in pieces with hands, and mix in the avocado and tomatoes.
