Cole Slaw with Japanese Sesame Mayo Dressing

Sometimes you may want to try a different dressing for your coleslaw?

Ingredients
250g of shredded cabbage
1 teaspoon of salt
Dressing
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise *I recommend Kyupee Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of ground sesame
1.5 tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
Black pepper

Instruction
1. Put shredded cabbage in a large bowl and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt and mix. Leave it for 15 mins or until the cabbage becomes soft.
2. Squeeze the cabbage to get rid of excessive water.
3. In a bowl, add all the ingredients for dressing, and mix well. Add the cabbage in and mix. Before you serve, add a little black pepper on top.
